How to handle a wrong number - in TEXT!
Everyone's experienced it - you answer the phone and it's a wrong number.
We all handle this in pretty much the same fashion, politely informing the caller that they have not reached the party they were looking for. We verify the number called, everyone apologizes and we move on.
BUT technology is changing the way we communicate in more ways than we can keep track of.
Have you had to field a wrong number text message yet?
