The FTC reports on the risk involved in multi-level marketing plans
The economy is rough right now and we're all looking for ways to make a few extra bucks. Don't get taken in by risky pyramid schemes!
Multi-level marketing plans promise that if you sign up as a distributor, you’ll get commissions not only from the sales you make, but also from the sales of the people you recruit to become distributors, but only a very few people actually make any money.
Joining a pyramid is risky because the vast majority of participants lose money to pay for the rewards of a few people at the top.
Bobby Rich and the Morning Mix discuss the various risks and how to avoid them ... and you can read the full FTC report here.
