Application FormOrganizations wishing to apply for the JBG Community Partnership grant must complete the following application, either by filling out the form on this web page, or by submitting a printed version of the form found here. Applicants must be a 501C-3 non-profit organization, a collaboration of non-profit partners, or a community or corporate foundation. Journal Broadcast Group will award a community partnership grant to one applicant per month beginning January 2009. Applications may be submitted at any time. To be considered for a specific month, this application must be delivered by the first Wednesday of the previous month.
