94.9 MIXfm honors a “Mix Mom Of The Day” every weekday in May! 

You can nominate any woman who is a great mom — your own mom, your wife, your daughter, a friend. Just use the form below to tell us who she is, and why she deserves to be honored as a Mix Mom Of The Day.

This year, each Mom-Of-The-Day will go to Touch of Tranquility Spa on us, and she'll get to cut loose at the Journey concert on July 19th at the AVA Amphitheater.

Nominees can be any mother who lives in Southern Arizona and is not an employee of Journal Broadcast Group, Touch Of Tranquility, or Casino Del Sol. Winners will be selected and notified by May 31, 2008. Phone numbers and addresses will be kept private, of course, but your words of praise for your nominee may be used on the air at 94.9 MIXfm.
