FAQ's About MIXfm Streaming

The MIXfm Audio Player will appear in a pop-up window. If it does not appear, please check to make sure your computer allows pop-up windows, and that your Java plugin is installed and up-to-date (available at http://java.com). You'll also need to have the free Flash plug-in installed.

Due to the nature of streaming Internet audio, what you hear through your computer is likely to be delayed by as much as a few minutes compared to MIXfm's on-air signal, and so you shouldn't rely on Internet audio for time-sensitive events like contests. This Internet delay may put you at a disadvantage when playing on-air games, but it just can't be helped. Sorry.

Also, some companies place "firewalls" on their computer networks, which may interfere with your ability to hear MIXfm through your computer. Is anybody still reading this? If you can see the MIXfm Audio Player, but can't hear any music, speak to your technical support person.
